  • We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a training session. To ensure that our trainers' time is respected, we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice or miss a session without prior notice, you will be charged for the full cost of the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that allow for ease of movement, as well as athletic shoes with good support. You should also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session. If you have any fitness equipment that you'd like to incorporate into your workout, feel free to bring it along as well.
