Try to pick a time every week that you can workout at the same time, this will help create a pattern of consistency. Please arrive early or ontime for your appointment. Feel free to walk on a treadmill before your workout if you arrive early. Have fun with your workout and schedule your next session! After your workout make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Try to eat clean, therefore no food with added sugar and no alcohol.

I’m Caleb Snyder, owner/trainer of Westside Family Fitness — I do gym training and mobile training.

I have been very passionate about exercise and nutrition ever since I made major changes in my lifestyle and transformed myself by losing over 50 pounds and overcoming major back problems. It was in these moments I realized the powerful effects of having a healthy lifestyle, both mentally and physically. I loved learning to be in control of my body and having the ability to alter it to meet my own standards of who I want to be.

From that point on, I’ve been on a journey to learn as much as possible about exercise, nutrition, and motivating my clients to identify and achieve their goals quickly and safely.
